We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to help bring great creative ideas to life across retail 2D print and 3D POS, working on a portfolio of some of the world’s best known beauty, haircare and retail brands.
This is a hands-on Account Management role, combining client relationship building and management of the day-to-day delivery of projects from brief through the studio and into the production team before final execution. You’ll work closely with clients, design and artwork studio teams and production, making sure projects are well briefed, creatively strong, on budget and delivered to deadline.
The work is roughly an even split of 2D print and 3D POS. So you will work on everything from in-store posters, booklets, window graphics, stickers and leaflets, through to shippers, counter units, shelf displays and FSDUs. Projects can range from smaller print jobs through to larger POS campaigns, so can be very fast paced with quick turnarounds to potentially taking several months from initial brief to delivery. Projects will be delivered to a wide range of retail environments, from salons and premium retailers, through to major supermarkets and wholesalers.
With a large portfolio of brands and multiple client stakeholders, there’s plenty of variety, and you’ll play a key role in helping clients as you take clear creative briefs and deliver high quality creative solutions whilst using your knowledge of retail marketing design and production.
What you'll do:
- Manage multiple 3D FSDU and 2D creative, print and POS projects from brief through to delivery
- Take clear client briefs and produce strong creative briefs for the studio
- Work closely with studio designers and artworkers to develop the right solution for the client
- Manage project timelines, budgets, estimates and client expectations
- Present creative and manage feedback and amends with clients
- Coordinate with internal production teams and ensure projects stay on track
- Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted day-to-day contact
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, often across 10+ projects at any one time
- Review creative with a strong eye for detail, quality and accuracy
What we're looking for:
- Strong agency Account Management experience, ideally within a creative or production environment
- Experience working across print and 3D POS
- Brief taking and creative briefing skills and the ability to work closely with a studio / artworking team
- Excellent project management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Confident working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholders
- A good understanding of how creative is produced and delivered for retail / POS projects
- Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and quality control skills
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, estimates and project costs
- Someone proactive, personable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Print production knowledge and colour management
- Some knowledge of design / artworking processes in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working across beauty consumer brands
- Experience working on physical semi-permanent POS from initial creative concept through to final production
This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile brands where you’ll see the work you’re managing out in the real world. Also to work within a really strong agency team known for producing high quality creative work.
