It combines program management and recruiting operations to improve how we hire, enabling better decision-making, candidate experience, and operational efficiency in line with Neko Vitals.
What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months:
- Identify opportunities to adopt AI and automation across Talent Acquisition, move from idea to tested use case quickly, and implement solutions that deliver tangible efficiency gains embedded into day-to-day recruiting workflows.
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end offer process, from creation to onboarding handover, partnering with Legal, Rewards, and People Enablement to drive efficiency, reduce time in stage, eliminate recurring blockers, and ensure a compliant, scalable process, enabling a seamless transition into onboarding and enablement.
- Own the TA knowledge management program end-to-end, driving adoption of the existing Talent Hub, continuously improving its content and structure, and ensuring it serves as the go-to resource for consistency and self‑service across the hiring team.
- Own and scale the referral program end-to-end, including strategy, day-to-day operations, and continuous improvement, driving measurable pipeline contribution and strong adoption across the business.
- Support the TA Enablement Lead on tools, analytics, and other strategic projects, including ATS (Ashby) workflow improvements, automation, and AI fluency across the TA team.
- Proactively surface blockers, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across TA operations, consistently arriving with a proposed solution rather than a problem in isolation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations with clear ownership of projects or processes delivered end-to-end.
- Strong AI Fluency, with active, hands‑on use of AI tools in your day-to-day work. You can identify where AI adds real value, move quickly from idea to tested use case, and embed solutions into workflows so they stick.
- Proven track record owning and delivering cross‑functional projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong process design and improvement capability, with the ability to build structure and drive change in ambiguous, fast-moving, scaling environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across People, Legal, Rewards, and Operations, influencing without authority to strengthen routines and operational rigour.
- Clear bias for action, with a focus on delivering outcomes rather than activity.
- Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and improve processes.
Preferred:
- Experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS, including workflow configuration and automation.
- Experience in early‑stage or high‑growth environments.
- Exposure to TA analytics and reporting, supporting data‑driven insights on hiring performance.
- Experience creating documentation, playbooks, or knowledge hubs.
