MissionNeko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Role Purpose
This is a product-embedded PMM role. You will sit directly inside product squads, working alongside engineers, designers, product managers and clinical leads to bring PMM thinking in at the point of creation, all the way through to launch. You will be assigned to one or two high-priority product projects at a time, running positioning, messaging, and marcomm strategy for each in sequence. You will use a shared playbook and feed your work back to the central PMM team. You will report to the Product Marketing Lead. This role is best suited to someone who likes to get close to the product — bringing empathy for the end user, curiosity for the technical details, and focus to see a project from inception to launch. This is a foundational role: you will be part of the early Product Marketing team, helping to build the function from the ground up and to shape how it operates.
What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months
- Be the embedded PMM presence within designated product squads, representing the member perspective, flagging positioning and messaging questions early, and building out the marcomm strategy to tell our members and the world about our latest innovation.
- Own the launch playbook for each product project you are assigned to: brief, positioning, messaging, marcomm strategy, Medical/Legal/Regulatory review, and post-launch debrief.
- Develop briefs for launch materials across the relevant touchpoints.
- Run two to three significant product launches in your first year, with clear ownership from kick-off through to post-launch.
- Develop robust research and reporting to enable continuous learning and improvement across the PMM function.
- Embed Medical/Legal/Regulatory review into all workflows, ensuring clinical accuracy and compliance before anything is published.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product marketing or product management with experience ideally in consumer technology, healthtech, or a subscription/membership business.
- Track record of owning product launches end-to-end, not just contributing to them.
- Genuine interest in the future of healthcare and the ability to move seamlessly between technical, medical, and consumer industry topics.
- Fast learner who can get up to speed on a new product area quickly and produce output without needing lengthy handoff periods.
- Comfortable working inside product squads and managing stakeholder relationships at pace across engineering, design, and clinical teams.
- Strong writer who can collaborate effectively with a copywriter to make clinical or technical information feel clear, actionable, and human for a general audience.
- Experience working within regulated or claim-sensitive environments is a plus (pharma, medtech, financial services).
- AI tool fluency is essential.
