MissionNeko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Role purpose: Neko's mission is to make proactive healthcare accessible to everyone. The challenge is that most people still don't know what proactive health looks like in practice. A VIP and creator program puts real people, with unique audiences through the Neko experience and lets them share what they found.
- Creator-attributed new member acquisition. Track the volume of scan bookings that can be attributed to creator content through UTM links, referral codes, or post-booking surveys. A successful program should be able to demonstrate a growing share of new member bookings in 6 months.
- Earned Media Value. Measure the total earned value generated by VIP/creator content delivered through the program. EMV gives a consistent way to quantify the awareness impact of the program.
First 6–12-month outcomes:
- A strategy for the VIP and creator program. What the program is for, how it's tiered, how Neko works with talent, what success looks like, and how it connects to broader business goals. This is the document the team operates from and that leadership can hold the program accountable to.
- A live, functioning creator program in both markets (UK/US). An active roster, a tested briefing process, content in market, and a clear operating model that can scale. The program exists and is running.
- A fully operational infrastructure. The systems, processes, tools, and partner relationships are in place to run the program at scale, tracking and attribution setup, a creator CRM, agency or platform partnerships where needed, and clear workflows integrated with social, brand, and legal.
- Measurable movement on creator-attributed acquisition. Through UTM links, referral codes, or post-booking surveys, the program should be able to show its contribution to scan bookings. The number doesn't need to be large at this stage — but it needs to exist, and it needs to be growing.
Requirements:
- Proven track record building and managing creator or VIP programs. You've owned a program end-to-end. You can point to a roster you built, a process you designed, and results you drove.
- Platform and creator market fluency. You have a genuine pulse on who is and isn't relevant — across health, wellness, longevity, and adjacent lifestyle. You spot rising talent before they peak, identify voices that complement Neko's positioning.
- Strong commercial instinct. You connect creator activity to business outcomes. You think in attribution, conversion, and pipeline contribution and not just impressions and you know how to build a measurement framework and defend it.
- Exceptional relationship management. Talent and their management choose to work with you. You're reliable, warm, and professional in every interaction, and you build relationships that last beyond a single campaign.
- Operational rigour at volume. You build systems that scale, briefing processes, approval workflows, tracking infrastructure.
- Content accuracy and trust-sensitivity. You've worked in a category where what a creator says matters as much as reach. You understand the stakes and know how to brief talent accordingly.
