Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

  • Translate Neko's brand and experience principles into clear, compelling physical environments — from test fits and layouts through to final delivery.
  • Partner with Project Managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver cohesive, high-impact spaces on time and to specification.
  • Build and contribute to Neko's Location Design Playbook, creating scalable standards that support rapid international expansion.

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants across complex projects.
  • Broad knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards across European markets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
