Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Role purpose
The Influencer Program Manager will own the end-to-end influence/creator strategy: identifying the right voices, building lasting relationships, and turning partnerships into a consistent, high-performing engine for awareness, consideration and conversion.
What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months:
- Build and manage Neko's influencer, VIP and creator program from the ground up in the UK and US: roster, outreach strategy, briefing process, and performance framework.
- Identify and cultivate a tiered network of influencers/creators across health, wellness, fitness, longevity, and adjacent lifestyle categories from micro-influencers to high-reach talent.
- Develop briefings that give talent creative freedom while ensuring key messages are delivered.
- Manage all creator relationships day-to-day.
- In partnership with the social team ensuring the best organic earned content is identified quickly and used effectively across owned and paid channels.
- Establish KPIs and a reporting framework that measures creator program impact across a range of performance indications.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years in influencer marketing, creator management, or a closely related field with hands-on experience managing creator relationships, not just briefing agencies.
- Deep understanding of what makes creator content perform on Instagram and TikTok both algorithmically and culturally.
- Highly organised with experience managing multiple creator relationships and deliverables simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship-builder: warm, reliable, and professional in every interaction with talent and their management.
- Experience working in health, wellness, or a category where content accuracy is paramount.
