As Head of Labs UK, you will lead the establishment and operation of a cutting‑edge blood laboratory network across the UK. Reporting to the Medical Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of laboratory medicine within our organisation, delivering rapid, reliable results that directly impact patient care and organisational growth.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale a UK‑wide lab network, standardising processes across sites.
- Ensure labs meet ISO 15189 standards through QMS, audits, and continuous improvement.
- Optimise workflows from sample collection to result reporting.
- Build and develop a high‑performing lab team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage vendors, equipment, and consumables.
