The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Business TA Team and lead hiring in our Quality & Regulatory functions. These teams sit at the heart of how we ensure the safety, reliability, and compliance of our technology – from advanced sensor hardware to machine learning algorithms and medical software systems. The role can be based in London or Stockholm, supporting our rapid global scale‑up.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own full‑cycle recruitment across Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs and other business functions, from intake to close.
  • Partner with senior leaders in Hardware, Software and Medical Device functions to understand business needs and design hiring strategies aligned with Neko’s scaling roadmap.
  • Act as a thought partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, interview calibration and data‑driven recommendations.
  • Drive a best‑in‑class candidate experience that reflects our culture of excellence, curiosity and care.
  • Collaborate with the broader Global TA team to optimise processes, share intelligence and continually raise the talent bar.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Curiosity and fluency in using technology and AI‑enabled tools to drive efficiency, insights and impact.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs within the medical device domain.
  • Experience recruiting professionals with strong knowledge of medical device standards and regulatory environments (ISO 13485, MDR, FDA QSR, IEC 60601, IEC 62304).
  • Proven success hiring across high‑bar functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data, insight and credibility.
  • Exceptional sourcing acumen – you know how to uncover passive talent in niche markets.
  • A structured and strategic mindset; you thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
  • Deep alignment with Neko’s mission to change healthcare through prevention and technology.

We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development. If you are passionate about building a better healthcare system for everyone and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Please note: we perform background and reference checks as part of our interview process. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analysing resumes or assessing responses.
