Role Purpose

We're looking for an exceptional Business Recruiter to support hiring across our G&A and broader business functions at Neko Health.

This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to identify, attract, and close the kind of operators and business partners who build strong foundations, drive operational excellence, and enable scalable growth.

You'll work closely with senior business leaders to hire across Marketing, Communications, People, Finance, Legal, Design, Operations.

Your focus will be on quality and strategic alignment, bringing in talent from high-growth companies, top-performing corporate environments, and mission-driven organizations.

We're post-Series B and moving quickly, and this area of hiring is about precision, partnership, and strong advisory capabilities.

  • What You'll Deliver in the First 6-12 Months
  • Support hiring across G&A and business functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Design, Communications and Operations across Europe and the US.
  • Source proactively and creatively, tapping into diverse talent pools across corporate, scale-up, and high-performance environments.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on role design, organisational needs, and hiring prioritisation.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the quality and integrity of our brand.
  • Use data to track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience hiring G&A or business function talent in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Proven success hiring talent from top-performing companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organisations.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with a creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional talent.
  • Highly autonomous and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-context environments.
  • Excellent communicator with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and influence hiring strategy.
