Neko Health is hiring an architecture design lead for Europe, the Middle East and Africa to join its team in London.
Mission
Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives to sustaining health before it’s ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It’s a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. What you’ll deliver in the first 6 to 12 months
- Own and evolve Neko’s physical design standards across EMEA – ensuring consistency and excellence across all clinic and space touchpoints.
- Lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts, raising the bar for spatial experience across the organisation.
- Translate Neko’s brand and experience principles into clear, compelling physical environments– from test fits and layouts through to final delivery.
- Partner with project managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver cohesive, high-impact spaces on time and to specification.
- Build and contribute to Neko’s Location Design Playbook, creating scalable standards that support rapid international expansion.
Minimum requirements
- At least eight years’ experience in architecture, design management or a related role within the construction industry.
- Strong creative design skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants across complex projects.
- Broad knowledge of building codes, regulations and industry standards across European markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
