Our client is a fast-growing, privately owned business operating internationally across the construction, industrial and agricultural sectors. Financially strong, expanding year on year, and built on quality products and strong customer relationships. A place where people take ownership and careers genuinely progress.

The Role

  • You'll drive sales performance across your region, build and expand a reseller network, and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • This is a genuine field role, four days a week in front of customers, one day managing admin from home.

What You'll Do

  • Regular planned visits to customers and resellers across your region
  • On-site product demonstrations
  • Identify, onboard and activate new resellers
  • Coach resellers on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Manage CRM, report on activity and market trends

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B field sales experience
  • Strong relationship-builder with a self-starter mentality
  • Comfortable with a travel-intensive week
  • Clear communicator - with customers, resellers and internal teams
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Background in industrial, construction or equipment sectors an advantage
