£60,000 Base | £72,000 OTE | EV/Hybrid Car OR Allowance | Healthcare | 25+8 Holidays

Our client is a well-established, growing manufacturer of building materials selling direct to housebuilders, Tier One contractors, and end users. Strong track record, strong pipeline. They need someone to own this territory and grow it.

The Role

  • New business development across the region
  • Selling direct to housebuilders, Tier One/Two contractors, and commercial end users
  • Full sales cycle ownership, prospecting through to close
  • Field-based, autonomy-driven, no micromanagement

You'll Need

  • B2B field sales experience in construction, housebuilding, or infrastructure
  • Proven new business track record, you know how to open doors and close deals
  • Existing relationships with housebuilders or main contractors in the patch
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently with limited hand-holding
  • Upbeat, resilient communicator who can hold a room at director level
  • Full UK driving licence
