The Role New business development across the M4 corridor, West London, Swindon, Southampton Selling direct to housebuilders, Tier One/Two contractors, and commercial end users Full sales cycle ownership, prospecting through to close Field-based, autonomy-driven, no micromanagement You'll Need B2B field sales experience in construction, housebuilding, or infrastructure Proven new business track record, you know how to open doors and close deals Existing relationships with housebuilders or main contractors in the patch Self-starter, comfortable working independently with limited hand-holding Upbeat, resilient communicator who can hold a room at director level Full UK driving licence JBRP1_UKTJ
