Managing and growing a South East territory via an established distributor network

Spending most of the week out with customers: distributors, merchants, and key end users

Increasing sales through existing accounts by building joint plans, improving range adoption, and driving repeat orders

Bringing new products to market through the distributor network, including introductions, training, and supporting early wins
-
Identifying new customers and bringing them into the network
-
Supporting distributors with product knowledge, training, and customer activity to improve pull-through
What were looking for
-
Sales experience in civils, construction materials, infrastructure, or related sectors
-
Strong understanding of distributor and/or merchant routes to market
-
A proactive, energetic approach and genuine enjoyment of being customer-facing
-
Confident negotiating, closing, and maintaining profitable accounts
-
Solid territory planning and relationship-building skills
-
Field sales within civil engineering products/materials a plus
