The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Analyst to partner closely with our C Suite leadership whilst taking ownership of our Technical Product Blueprint. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in life insurance and actuarial vertical along with a strong understanding of technical product lifecycle development including MRDs, PRDs and developing roadmaps that cross functional engineering stakeholders can translate for rapid development and deployment across our organization.

The Role
Based in London, Toronto, or the Eastern United States and reporting directly to our CTO, the incumbent will collaborate closely across the C suite and senior engineering leadership as well as third party vendors and internal/external stakeholders across a 1000-member strong global company. Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the internal CRM platform used by agents, underwriters, and operations teams across the life insurance business - balancing modernization with legacy system support.
- Act as the connective tissue between engineering, business, and operations - ensuring clarity, continuity, and capability across the platform.
- Deliver comprehensive documentation and training materials to enable agent onboarding and continued CRM proficiency.
- Support troubleshooting and operational excellence by ensuring clear process flows, escalation paths, and system transparency.
- Enable concept exploration and solution design through strong cross-functional collaboration and rapid iteration.
- Help engineering teams understand the business design intent, bridging user needs with system architecture.
- Present clear and credible narratives of our internal operations to potential investors, showcasing platform capabilities and operational maturity.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Significant professional experience in the insurance industry, with specific knowledge of life insurance, annuities, and related products.
- Proven success managing CRM or workflow products that serve multiple internal personas (sales, service, underwriting, operations).
- Demonstrated ability to craft MRDs/PRDs, wireframes, and process maps that translate strategy into buildable work.
- Refine and develop strategic objectives to serve multiple purposes.
- Provide comprehensive training materials for agents.
- Support troubleshooting and operational processes.
- Enable exploration of new concepts and solutions.
- Help engineers understand business design intent.
