What You Will Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
- Providing customers with clear, fair, and accurate product information, in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
- Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across both sales and quality assurance
- Supporting customers with professionalism and care, giving them peace of mind that those who matter most are protected
- No cold calling – you'll speak to customers who have already shown interest in life insurance
