Insurance Sales Agent
Location: Gloucester Business Park
Base Salary: from £30,000
On-Target Earnings: £60,000 - £85,000 (Uncapped)
What you will be doing:

Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products

Providing customers with clear, fair, and accurate product information , in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)

Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across both sales and quality assurance
-
Supporting customers with professionalism and care, giving them peace of mind that those who matter most are protected

No cold calling – you'll speak to customers who have already shown interest in life insurance

Uncapped OTE of £60,000 - £85,000

Experience in a sales role or sales environment, preferably within a call centre
