Job Role Summary: Neilson is all about providing exceptional holidays to our guests. This journey starts with the Sales Team. Our sales team provides a friendly, efficient, and professional service to direct customers and travel agents. As a Neilson Sales Consultant, you will provide accurate information and manage the Neilson holiday booking experience from start to finish via all communication channels. You will strive to achieve all sales/service targets and help to ensure that Neilson’s excellent reputation in travel is maintained. We are looking for someone who is customer-driven, over sales. Although there are sales targets you will need to achieve, we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer-experience and our product. We work together as a team to sell our fantastic holidays, and ensure our customers feel the Neilson good energy from that very first 'hello'. Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- To be precise and numerically accurate in the costing of holidays.
- Take personal responsibility for the integrity of every booking you make or amending.
- To immediately highlight any pricing/loading errors to the relevant departments.
- Delivery of all personal KPI’s.
- Adhere to all operational standards, policies & procedures.
- Participate in outbound calling/marketing campaigns.
- To maintain a thorough understanding/ability to clearly explain the Neilson terms and conditions to the customer or travel agent as required.
- To demonstrate excellent customer service skills across all booking channels for all sales/administrative queries.
- To expand/develop personal skills, knowledge and experience to positively impact performance and to support in meeting the goals of the business.
- Be prepared to travel overseas for educational and product knowledge development.
- Attend regular training sessions to keep service skills and product knowledge up to date.

- Educated to GCSE level or higher in Math and English, or equivalent.
