As Head Fitness Instructor, you’ll take the lead on our Fitness Team and create an energetic, varied and welcoming programme that gets guests moving, motivated and feeling great on holiday.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll support, motivate and develop your instructors while still delivering plenty of sessions yourself – from social runs and group fitness classes to strength, conditioning, mobility and wellness activities.
You’ll use the skills and experience within your team to build a varied weekly programme, making the most of the facilities and equipment available in resort and ensuring sessions are safe, professional, engaging and accessible to guests with different abilities and fitness levels.
We’re looking for an experienced fitness professional and confident leader who brings bags of energy and personality to the role. You’ll need to be organised, adaptable and comfortable leading from the front, whether that means delivering a packed class, supporting one of your instructors or making sure the wider programme is running brilliantly.
