About the Company: AHP Healthcare are now recruiting for the position of Healthcare Assistant & Support Care Worker throughout Leicester & beyond. We can offer full flexibility to suit you and your lifestyle, excellent rates of pay starting from £12.00 - £18/hr, free training and 24/7 support. AHP Healthcare takes its reputation as a caring company very seriously and constantly looks to recruit individuals who have that same dedication and passion for their chosen vocation.
Differing levels of support are available including long-term care, nursing care, convalescence and respite, palliative care and specialist care for older people with dementia or physical disabilities. Our focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times.
The shifts will vary from Earlies, Long days, Lates and Nights to offer you flexibility to suit your needs and family commitments.
You must have:
- At least 3 months UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant
- Able to provide 2 clinical UK references from your current/previous employer
As a HCA within AHP Healthcare, your role will be varied but the main focus will be on delivering hands-on person-centred care to our service users and will include:
- Assessing Care needs
- Personal Care
- Assisting the care team to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and efficiently
- Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect
As a member of the AHP Healthcare team you will receive:
