The Role

Neill Strain Floral Couture is seeking an exceptional Events Manager to lead the delivery of our weddings, private celebrations and corporate projects across London and internationally. This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for ensuring that every project is executed with precision, creative integrity and a seamless client experience. Acting as a bridge between strategic direction and on-the-ground delivery, the Events Manager will bring clarity, leadership and elevated standards across all aspects of the events division. This position is suited to a highly organised and commercially astute individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and understands the nuance of working with a discerning, luxury client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of weddings, private events and corporate projects
  • Ensure all projects are executed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain oversight of project timelines, logistics and resource allocation
  • Proactively identify risks and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across multiple concurrent projects, both in the UK and internationally

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Oversee the full client journey from initial enquiry through to final delivery
  • Attend key consultations and act as a senior point of contact for high-value clients
  • Guide the team in the preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Manage sensitive situations or escalations with discretion and professionalism
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the refined, intuitive and highly personalised service synonymous with NSFC
  • Lead, mentor and support a high-performing events team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Support the development and progression of team members
  • Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities and performance expectations

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain strong oversight of workflows, planning processes and project documentation
  • Ensure consistency, organisation and attention to detail across all administrative aspects of the department
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from concept through to installation
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate delivery standards

Commercial & Strategic Contribution

  • Maintain strong awareness of budgets, margins and overall project profitability
  • Contribute to forecasting, revenue tracking and departmental performance
  • Support the ongoing growth and evolution of the events division
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client spend and maximise value across projects

Professional Presence

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing NSFC with confidence, discretion and polish
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues and suppliers
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the business
  • Demonstrate flexibility and commitment in line with the demands of the events calendar

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering high-end weddings, events or luxury projects
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and margins
  • Confident and polished client-facing presence
  • Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth or luxury clientele
  • Background or strong appreciation for floristry, design or creative production
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
