Job Description:

Role Summary:

You will be joining a driven, hardworking team that support each other to achieve both individual and business targets. Based in our newly refurbished offices in London, you will follow up on new customer enquiries, identifying new sales opportunities, whilst utilising your negotiating skills and networking with our 200+ team of engineers. You will be the main point of contact for our high-end customer base, ensuring you provide a premium, first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow-up on leads and engineer estimates.
  • Handle high-volume professional customer interactions (Calls and emails).
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our internal teams to be proactive in all you do.
  • Keep a keen eye on reports and work progress.
  • Ensure financial transactions are smooth and timely.
  • Thrive in meetings and exceeding both personal and team targets.
  • Own, manage and follow through all sales opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Regularly report pipeline status and forecast to planned works sales manager.
  • Provide information to the estimating team where required to enable a comprehensive estimate to be produced and sent to the customer.
  • Work with high-profile customers, understand their needs, and build value to all customers, aligning to customer’s high expectations and budget.
  • Work alongside Project Managers on larger works as required.

Package Details:

  • Competitive base salary PLUS uncapped commission.
