This is a highly visible, commercially focused role where you’ll be responsible for managing estimates, tracking sales performance, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate data, strong pipeline visibility, and smooth workflow management across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage professional estimates and quotations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Track and report on KPIs, sales activity, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, dashboards, and pipeline data.
  • Monitor outstanding quotes and support follow‑ups to drive conversions.
  • Deliver commercial insights and analysis to support decision making.
  • Support process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and commercial reporting standards.
