Pimlico Plumbers, part of the Neighbourly UK family, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, growing business.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Providing day‑to‑day HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, probation reviews, and performance issues
- Leading recruitment activities from advertising through to onboarding
- Maintaining and auditing HR systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Producing HR reports and analysing people data to identify trends and insights
- Supporting payroll administration, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
- Strong employee relations and HR administration experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel and HR systems
- CIPD qualified, studying towards CIPD, or qualified through experience
- A hands‑on, flexible approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
