As a Catering Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our staff canteen, helping to prepare food, serve customers, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation & Service
- Prepare and cook breakfast items and daily lunch specials
- Make sandwiches, baguettes, and cold food items
- Serve food and maintain portion control

- Keep kitchen, counters, and dining areas clean and organised

- Wash dishes and clean equipment

- Monitor stock levels and rotate stock
