PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a drainage engineer, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drainage issues for residential and commercial clients. You’ll work with the latest equipment and technology to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Emergency call-outs and planned maintenance for drainage investigations and repairs
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues using CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, rods etc.
- Carry out drain clearance, descaling, root cutting, patch lining and minor excavations
- Liaise directly with customers to explain issues and solutions
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous drainage experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Customer-Facing Experience
- Drainage tanker experience (desirable)
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology on-site
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
- Plumbing knowledge (desirable)
