KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Franchise Recruitment & Sales Proactively identify and engage prospective franchisees through outbound and inbound sales activity.
  • Introduce and promote franchise opportunities across the Drain Doctor & Countrywide brands.
  • Assess the suitability of prospective franchisees against established recruitment criteria.
  • Manage prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to franchise agreement completion.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective franchisees, maintaining regular communication and engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed franchise recruitment and conversion targets.
  • Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline to support ongoing business growth.
  • Prospect Management Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via telephone, email, webinars, video calls, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure prospects receive accurate, timely, and relevant information to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect records within CRM and sales management systems.
  • Support franchise territory sales and franchise resale opportunities across the UK.
  • Presentations & Franchise Discovery Support the preparation and delivery of engaging, high-quality presentations that communicate the value and benefits of franchise ownership.
  • Participate in discovery days, recruitment events, exhibitions, and other franchise recruitment activities as required.
  • Represent the business professionally and positively at all times.
  • Financial & Commercial Support Develop a strong understanding of franchise financial models, including business plans, investment requirements, profitability forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Confidently discuss franchise financial information with prospective franchisees.
  • Support prospects in understanding the commercial aspects of franchise ownership and investment opportunities.
  • Compliance & Governance Maintain a thorough understanding of franchise agreements, recruitment processes, and legal requirements.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, franchise regulations, and governance standards.
  • Work closely with the Director of Franchise Recruitment and Brand Leaders to ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Build effective working relationships across all departments and stakeholder groups.
  • Actively contribute to sales, brand, and recruitment meetings.
  • Share ideas and recommendations to improve recruitment processes, prospect experience, and conversion rates.
  • Champion and uphold the organisation's Code of Values and Guiding Principles in all activities and decision-making.

EXPERIENCE

  • Essential Proven experience in a telesales, sales, business development, or franchise recruitment environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Desirable Experience within the franchise sector.
  • Experience presenting commercial opportunities and financial information to prospective business owners.
