PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Dream Doors Managing Director, the Financial Controller will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Dream Doors Cluster Locations finances.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth.
- Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making.
- Produce month end and year end journals.
- Prepare monthly Management accounts.
- Support bank reconciliation.
- Processing of AP invoices.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process.
- Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Review company assets and liabilities.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for all corporate accounts. cluster
- Review of monthly expenses and credit card transactions for corporate accounts. Cluster accounts
- Support this function.
- Production of relevant commercial analysis.
- To leave this in Monthly Reviews with the Managing Director.
- Monitoring of stock orders.
- Any other duties as and when required.
- Any other reasonable duty that falls within your capabilities.

Experience/Skills/Knowledge
EXPERIENCE:
- Accounting qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) preferred or relevant experience.
- Previous experience with a CRM beneficial.
Skills / Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of management information systems.
- ERP systems especially D365
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
