Job Overview
Neighbourhood Networks is a registered Scottish Charity with 20 years of experience of facilitating peer networks with vulnerable adults across the Central Belt of Scotland. We work with people who may be isolated or at risk of isolation within their communities. This may be as a result of a learning disability, poor mental health, a physical disability, sensory impairment or as a result of a variety of other circumstances.
The Role
You will be involved in supporting members to achieve positive outcomes and lead a more fulfilled life of their choosing. You’ll advocate for members, support and facilitate group activities, play a part in helping members utilise, share and develop their skills and promote active citizenship & social inclusion.
