Neighbourhood Health Group is a newly launched brand in the primary care sector with one clear mission: to make a genuine difference to GP surgeries. We help practices prepare for their CQC inspections by carrying out mock inspections and providing a full, detailed report and action plan. Our recommendations give GP surgeries the knowledge, guidance and confidence they need to succeed, sharing our vision to improve patient care and outcomes.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our dedicated team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in primary care and has a strong understanding of CQC requirements.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct mock CQC assessments across GP surgeries in the UK.
  • Review and assess practices against the CQC’s 34 quality statements.
  • Highlight examples of where the practice is doing well.
  • Provide feedback and an interim report identifying immediate actions required.
  • Deliver professional, supportive advice to help practices strengthen areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and present a comprehensive assessment report with actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong background in primary care, with hands-on experience navigating CQC requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, compliance and quality standards.
  • Ability to identify risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement in healthcare settings.
  • Confident communicator who can provide constructive advice with empathy and clarity.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
  • Passion for improving patient care and making a tangible difference in healthcare delivery.
