We help practices prepare for their CQC inspections by carrying out mock inspections and providing a full, detailed report and action plan.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our dedicated team on a contract basis.
This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in primary care and has a strong understanding of CQC requirements.
- What You’ll Do
- Conduct mock CQC assessments across GP surgeries in the UK.
- Review and assess practices against the CQC’s 34 quality statements.
- Highlight examples of where the practice is doing well.
- Provide feedback and an interim report identifying immediate actions required.
- Deliver professional, supportive advice to help practices strengthen areas of improvement.
- Prepare and present a comprehensive assessment report with actionable insights.
- What We’re Looking For
- A strong background in primary care, with hands-on experience navigating CQC requirements.
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance and quality standards.
- Ability to identify risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement in healthcare settings.
- Confident communicator who can provide constructive advice with empathy and clarity.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
- Passion for improving patient care and making a tangible difference in healthcare delivery.
This is a flexible contract role - you will be engaged as and when required, with competitive rates of pay available.
