We're seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager to join our expanding London team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-focused AC professional who thrives on building customer relationships, generating revenue growth, and converting opportunities into profitable projects. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales and project lifecycle, from lead generation and site surveys through to solution design, quotation, client acquisition, installation handover, and project completion. Working across both residential and commercial markets, you'll identify opportunities, win new business, and maximise revenue while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and revenue generation across residential and commercial air conditioning projects.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into profitable contracts.
  • Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements.
  • Design tailored air conditioning solutions that meet client needs and budgets.
  • Prepare accurate, competitive, and commercially attractive quotations.

  • Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and installation methods.

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Experience delivering both residential and commercial AC projects.
  • Knowledge of split, multi-split, VRF, and VRV systems.
  • HVAC qualifications and/or F-Gas certification.
  • Experience using CRM, estimating, and project management software.
