HR Generalist in London

Pimlico Plumbers, part of the Neighbourly UK family, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing business.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees

• Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, probation reviews, and performance issues

• Leading recruitment activities from advertising through to onboarding

• Maintaining and auditing HR systems (Workday experience preferred)

• Producing HR reports and analysing people data to identify trends and insights

• Supporting payroll administration, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications

• Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

We're looking for:

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role

• Strong employee relations and HR administration experience

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel and HR systems

• CIPD qualified, studying towards CIPD, or qualified through experience

• A hands-on, flexible approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
