- Develop bulk-load SQL scripts to ingest ServiceNow data via the SNOW Mid Server
- Support and validate mapped ServiceNow data files provided by CSMO teams
- Optimise SQL performance for reporting and contractual data volumes
- Maintain and enhance dual-run data models for Remedy and ServiceNow
