About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned PEGA Senior Manager to lead and drive PEGA‑based digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PEGA architecture and delivery, hands‑on experience in managing end‑to‑end implementations, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams while being the point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of PEGA solutions for large‑scale transformation projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into PEGA‑based solutions.
- Architect scalable and robust PEGA applications following best practices and guardrails.
- Manage a team of PEGA developers, architects, and business analysts across multiple projects.
- Define project scope, estimates, timelines, and ensure on‑time and high‑quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with technical and security standards.
- Drive innovation, automation, and continuous improvement within the PEGA platform.
- Handle client interactions, status reporting, and escalations.
- Provide mentorship and career development support for team members.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest PEGA platform enhancements and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- PEGA CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) certification is highly preferred.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in PEGA.
- Experience in PEGA PRPC 8.x or higher.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering PEGA projects end‑to‑end.
- Strong understanding of BPM, Case Management, Integration patterns, and PEGA frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sectors like Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom.
- Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD in PEGA ecosystems.
- Global delivery and onsite‑offshore model experience.
