  • Successfully manages and delivers complex pieces of assurance, issue resolution or risk mitigation work
  • Able to carry out root cause management to identify and then implement specific process/people/technology improvements with demonstrable results
  • Experience of using Continuous improvement techniques to deliver process changes within a team
  • Experience in supporting or managing a commercial contract
  • Experience in contract and/or commercial management
