Location: London, UK (2-3 Days / Week Onsite)

  • Advanced SQL scripting skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data warehouse schema changes to support ServiceNow data
  • Develop bulk-load SQL scripts to ingest ServiceNow data via the SNOW Mid Server
  • Support and validate mapped ServiceNow data files provided by CSMO teams
  • Optimise SQL performance for reporting and contractual data volumes
  • Maintain and enhance dual-run data models for Remedy and ServiceNow
