I’m looking for a Senior Account Manager to join my client in Central London. You will be responsible for driving the performance and year-on-year client profitability of specific clients in a number of key verticals, focusing on clients within financial, publishing and sports industries. A primary focus for the role is to lead and further strengthen our relationships with our key clients. You’ll be engaged in consulting with senior level execs, and focussing on helping them add value to their business. We’ll want you to quickly become a trusted advisor, and develop long lasting, strategic relationships, unlocking potential revenue growth opportunities. You’ll be tasked with setting the standards in the way we build and maintain client relationships, teaching the Client Services team how to spot and convert opportunities, and driving revenue growth year on year.
You will be:

- Significant prior experience of working directly with digital innovation, UX and technology platform implementation, preferably in a senior Account Manager, or Client Services role

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
