We’d like 3-5 years of experience and if it’s been with small to medium size businesses (25 – 500 employees), but that’s not a requirement.
For us, it’s about making the right cultural fit than the amount of experience.
- Are Based In the San Francisco Bay Area – You’ll be working from our offices and our client offices.
You Must have access to a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license, as transportation to various locations is required for this position.
- You’ll Need Experience With
- Strong Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Intune etc. and/or Google Workspace.
- Implementation and support of IT systems on leading commercial Cloud platforms, including O365, Google Workspaces, and general administration of Azure and AWS.
- Strong on Windows platforms, and competency with supporting Apple Mac.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level messaging and collaboration services (Slack, Teams, One Drive, Exchange, Share Point, O365 Administration and setup & Secure Messaging) implementation or operations.
- Supporting Enterprise Identity and Access management (IAM) and EMS services (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, Intune, OKTA, MFA, Password Managers) implementation or operations.
- Configuring, troubleshooting network equipment such as Cisco Meraki and others.
- Medium to large systems administration in an enterprise environment using virtualization or private cloud technologies, including VMware and Hyper-V, hybrid cloud, preferred but not required.

- You’ll be representing Neetek in everything that you do. We pride ourselves on providing service with a smile, so you’ll be bringing that to our clients!
- Using Communication and interpersonal skills as the point of contact for client’s account
- Documentation of tasks and projects as well as client communication
- Taking accountability and responsibility for all aspects of client IT environment
- Collaborating with the team on projects and documentation
- You’ll be Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop applications, operating systems, and software updates.
