This role focuses on the delivery of senior executive and non-executive assignments across the social housing sector. Working closely with consultants and the sales team, the role will support end-to-end search delivery, from market mapping and candidate sourcing through to shortlisting and offer stage.
- Deliver retained search assignments for senior and Non-Executive roles within social housing.
- Build and maintain talent pools aligned to Neemar’s core markets.
- Support consultants in assignment briefings with research insight and market intelligence.
