Role Overview

This role focuses on the delivery of senior executive and non-executive assignments across the social housing sector. Working closely with consultants and the sales team, the role will support end-to-end search delivery, from market mapping and candidate sourcing through to shortlisting and offer stage. The role includes a client-facing element, contributing to assignment briefings, managing delivery timelines and providing clear, professional updates throughout the process. It is suited to someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop within executive search.
