A Deputy Store Manager at Lidl will be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Responsibilities include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and inspiring colleagues to create a productive work environment. You will take ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager and lead by example.

What you’ll do:

  • Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers.
  • Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values.
  • Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with all customer queries.
  • Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
