Our care home, based in Heath Hayes, provides residential care for 33 adults with complex mental and physical health needs.
Care Assistant Contract: £12.71 per hour, Full Time, Shift Times 07:30AM - 21:00PM. Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided and onsite parking. 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata).
Role Overview: As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a range of complex needs, including advanced dementia, mental health conditions and other long term health challenges. Your role is to provide safe, consistent and person centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing. Working closely with the wider team, you will follow individual care plans and support structured routines, helping to create a calm, stable and supportive environment. You will build positive relationships with residents, understanding their needs and responding appropriately to changes in behaviour or wellbeing. This is a hands-on role that requires patience, resilience and a calm approach, supporting both the physical and emotional needs of residents while ensuring care is delivered safely and consistently at all times.
