Trading Performance & Global Account Management

  • Own and manage the full portfolio of global wholesale accounts, including department stores, specialty retailers, and luxury multi‑brand boutiques, ensuring strong, productive, and long‑term partnerships.
  • Support all commercial negotiations including terms, margins, open‑to‑buy, markdown support, and exclusivity arrangements.
  • Monitor and analyze sell‑through performance, trading data, and market trends across all accounts, using insights to proactively manage risk and identify opportunity.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with senior buyers and decision‑makers at key global accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador.
  • Ensure all accounts trade effectively and in line with agreed strategies, intervening where performance requires attention and proposing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Travel internationally to attend market appointments, review in‑store presence, and nurture partner relationships across all key territories.

Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new wholesale opportunities across priority international markets.
  • Develop and present compelling commercial proposals to prospective retail partners, overseeing the full onboarding process through to first‑order delivery.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a small wholesale team.
  • Conduct regular one‑to‑ones, performance reviews, and team briefings, ensuring team members have the support, tools, and direction needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Oversee team workload and resource allocation across the market calendar, ensuring appropriate coverage of all accounts and deadlines throughout the seasonal cycle.
  • Act as a senior point of escalation for client issues.

Showrooms, Samples & Market Presentation

  • Oversee the planning, setup, and management of seasonal showrooms across global markets.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure showroom environments and sales tools accurately reflect the seasonal collection narrative.
  • Manage third‑party showroom agents and representatives where applicable, ensuring brand standards, sales targets, and reporting requirements are met consistently.

Critical Path, Order Management & Internal Collaboration

  • Support the management of the wholesale critical path across all seasons, ensuring all key milestones, from line list sign‑off and order windows through to order confirmation and delivery, are met on time.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure orders are placed, processed, and fulfilled in line with account commitments and seasonal delivery schedules.
  • Manage all order and data entry deadlines.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage credit terms, invoice queries, and wholesale P&L.
  • Act as the primary wholesale voice in cross‑functional planning meetings, providing commercial input into production quantities, SKU priorities, and delivery phasing.

Kidswear Wholesale

  • Carry oversight of the brand’s KIDS wholesale business, managed with the same commercial rigor and partner standards as the main collection.
  • Manage KIDS partnerships alongside the RTW portfolio, ensuring appropriate account selection, seasonal sell‑in, and in‑season trading management.
  • Oversee KIDS sample and showroom requirements within the broader seasonal market calendar, coordinating with the team to ensure both collections are presented effectively.
  • Monitor KIDS sell‑through and trading performance, reporting on this alongside the main collection and flagging any specific risks or opportunities to leadership.

Required Experience and Skillset

  • Proven experience in womenswear fashion wholesale, with a demonstrable track record of managing and growing global accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the RTW market, buying cycles, wholesale margins, and the commercial dynamics of key international territories.
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the year.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Consistent in nature, approachable and friendly, able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Desirable experience managing a kidswear wholesale line alongside a primary womenswear business.
  • Existing network of buyers and decision‑makers at key luxury global accounts.
