The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand creative assets across design, photography, video and content creation. The role plays a key part in shaping brand storytelling through imagery, dynamic content and social-first video. Working closely with Marketing, Digital, PR, Product and Retail, this role supports seasonal campaigns, photoshoots and ongoing content generation, combining strong creative execution with growing project ownership and shoot management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Asset Delivery: Design and deliver digital assets across email, site refreshes, blog posts, press releases, gift guides and marketing campaigns. Maintain brand consistency and a high level of attention to detail across all outputs. Proofread copy, check links and ensure assets are correctly formatted and platform ready.
- Content Creation and Brand Storytelling: Support and increasingly manage content generation across the department for photoshoots, store and wider brand storytelling. Capture and create dynamic, social first content with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok and evolving digital formats. Produce engaging BTS, styling and movement led content that brings seasonal stories and craftsmanship to life. Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Digital, and Retail to identify content opportunities aligned with campaigns and commercial priorities. Stay up to date with social trends and platform updates, proactively introducing new formats and ideas while maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.
- Photography, Video and Shoot Support: Support the planning and coordination of photoshoots. Capture and edit photography and video content, including BTS and street style, adapting assets for multiple channels. Support with post-production processes including editing, mark‑ups, colour matching and handover to retouch.
- Project Management and Collaboration: Coordinate timelines, deliverables and shoot schedules across teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow. Support department planning through clear documentation, email templates and calendar management.
- Commercial and Brand Awareness: An understanding of how content and design support trade, engagement, and brand growth. Monitor competitor activity and content performance to inform creative decisions. Balance brand consistency with innovation across design and content output.
