Our prestigious independent practice seeks a dedicated Dispensing Manager to lead our team in delivering a bespoke eyewear experience. Specialising in tailored optical solutions, we offer exclusive, high-quality frames and lenses to a discerning clientele.

The Role:

Oversee daily dispensing operations in a luxury optical environment
Provide expert styling advice and lens consultations for bespoke eyewear
Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team
Ensure outstanding patient care and service excellence
Manage stock, supplier relations, and high-end product selection

About You:

Experienced Senior Optical Dispenser or Manager (FBDO preferred but not essential)
Strong background in luxury eyewear and premium lens solutions
Passionate about delivering a personalised, high-quality service
Leadership skills with a keen eye for business growth and innovation
