Neds Noodle Bar is seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager/Deputy Manager to join our team in London. You will support the General Manager, lead shifts, coach staff and help drive profitability while maintaining our standards for food quality and service.
You'll spend at least one day a week in the kitchen, develop your team, and have real responsibility with a clear path to General Manager and potential ownership opportunities.
