Overview

The Aldwych Theatre is looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals, who work well within a team to join our Show Crew ready for the opening of Elf The Musical, performing from 28 October 2025 – 3 January 2026.

The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, an ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, and an enthusiasm for live entertainment.

Responsibilities

  • Join the Show Crew for Elf The Musical and be available for performances from 28 October 2025 to 3 January 2026.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for live entertainment during all shows.
  • Adhere to the contract requirement of performing all shows in the run (see performance schedule), Monday to Saturday, with afternoon and evening work.
  • Participate in a short period of technical work and rehearsals before Elf opens to the public, between 17 October 2025 and 28 October 2025.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a Stage Crew is desirable.
  • Background in manual handling, carpentry, and maintenance is welcomed.
  • Applicants must be available to work all shows.

Schedule & Salary

Salary: £660.20 per 8 show week / £736.46 per 9 show week
