The Aldwych Theatre is looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join our Front of House Team for Shadowlands performing until 9 May 2026. Successful candidates should be confident speaking with customers, offer outstanding service and also be able to increase sales.
This role includes manual handling requiring you to carry stock (i.e. crates of beer) over multiple levels/stairs. You will also be required to work inside our auditorium which includes working on our highest balcony level. Successful candidates will need to work well as part of a team as well as having the self‑motivation to work alone with flexibility to work dynamically to fulfil the requirements of each shift.
Previous experience working Front of House is not essential and we welcome candidates with a background in customer care and experience in driving sales. Three different part‑time show contracts are on offer - all a minimum of 7.5 hours across two/three shows over specified days with the ability to offer additional availability for other shifts.
As this role involves serving alcohol applicants must be aged 18 or over. Salary: £12.61 per hour.
