The Dominion Theatre are looking for a friendly and efficient Deputy Head of Stage Door to help manage the smooth running of the Stage Door department, leading the team with great interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the smooth running of the Stage Door department.
- Lead the team using strong interpersonal skills.
- Work effectively on shifts alone and maintain good communication skills in writing, in person and over the phone/radio.
- Remain calm under pressure.
Qualifications
- Team player with the ability to work alone on shifts.
- Good communication skills in writing, in person and over the phone/radio.
- Previous experience working on a Stage Door.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems.
- Experience operating a telephone switchboard.
Contract Details
- Permanent, full‑time contract at a minimum of 32 hours per week with regular overtime over a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Salary £19.52 per hour, with overtime on early mornings, late nights, or Sundays paid at double rate.
